PSI Interviewers have minimum of Ordinary National Diploma (OND) and at least, 3 years field interviewing experience. Some are undergraduates, while about 30% are graduates.
All interviewers understand, communicate, read and write fluently in the local languages – Hausa,Kanuri, Fulani and Biron

Across all the northern region, we maintain a total of 28 supervisors who are all northerners.
The academic qualification ranged from NCE to first degree/HND
However, there are few who have Ordinary National Diploma but with 6-8 years field supervision experience including Afrobarometer surveys
| At least, PSI will be able to engage not less than 6 supervisors who have worked on opinion survey before on this project within this region.
We shall also provide male/female interviewers with equal split per team.
