PSI Interviewers have minimum of Ordinary National Diploma (OND) and at least, 3 years field interviewing experience. Some are undergraduates, while about 30% are graduates.
All interviewers understand, communicate, read and write fluently in the local languages – Yoruba, Igbo, Ijaw, Efik and Ibibio among other.

PSI maintains at least 21 supervisors (12 males and 9 females) in these regions. About 90% are graduates with first degree/HND while others have Masters and PGDs with minimum of 4 years field supervision experience on similar nationally representative, opinion/social surveys
| At least, PSI will be able to engage not less than 7 supervisors who have worked on opinion survey before on this project within this region.
We shall also provide male/female interviewers with equal split per team.
